I like the look and it fits well. It wasn't uncomfortably tight (on my big head) like many headbands. Considering the price, my expectations weren't extremely high. However, I would say the item met my most optimistic expectations of what might arrive.My biggest complaint is sloppy sewing. One end of the lace is poorly attached to the elastic portion. It is crooked, making the lace lay a little funny at that end. This also left a loose corner of material to hang past the stitches. I will probably undo the stitching and reattach it to keep it from driving this perfectionist crazy.One perk to this inexpensive purchase was inspiration. After looking at it (and contemplating my own adjustments), I plan on trying to make a few similar headbands on my own.In short, it wasn't perfect, but it was worth the dollar it cost me.

The photo of this girl - she must have a small head. My head is not that big, but that band is so not that wide or long. The lace is very nice and it stayed in place for sure, but it really looks like the band would be better on a child than adult. The lace barely reached my ears before you saw the attachment position to the rubber band on the back side. Also, my band was more golden and less ivory in color. It also is not that wide. It really reminds me of a 1920's flapper headband. I still like it, but instead of one elastic strap (like you would see on the 1920s version) it looks like elastic rubber bands like what I would tie my hair up in a pony tail. Overall, I still can't beat the price and being willing to wait for it.

I was really excited to get this headband. It's a stiff lace with a bit of sparkle to it, but not enough that I thought it wasn't appropriate for my 30-year old head. I have trouble getting headbands to stay on my head and so I was adjusting this (as usual with these types of headbands) and one side came unattached from the metal clasp at the bottom! It was very frustrating. I superglued it while at work and it is still holding. Haven't worn it for an extended amount of time since then. I suppose you get what you pay for. This is a pretty headband, so it's a shame it doesn't work well for me.

I just received it in the mail. It came earlier than expected, which is always a plus. It's made of tough quality and as long as you don't cut it with scissors, the fabric should hold up. The fabric band itself is very large. It's almost too large and doesn't fit my head. It goes from my bangs all the way from the back of my head. However, I also have a very small head. Out of all the head bands like this I've purchased, this is the most durable, stretchy, and has yet to snap. Good buy, and very cute.

It is wide and reaches from my forehead to almost my crown. It doesn't give me headaches, and it doesn't slip on top, but it does slip a little underneath. I get a lot of compliments on it. Great buy!

it's REALLY wide, so if you have a small head like me, this is not for you. it does look like it does in the picture, but the material is rough and scratchy. it kinda hurt my ears on the side. i haven't worn it in public because it looks really awkward on me. other than that it has a cute design. also when i got it it looked good, but when i tried to put it over my had for the first time, one of the little straps on the back (it has 4) broke off. and now it only has 3. overall, not very pleased with it.

It’s a very cute headband! It is not incredibly durable and I do have to use a few bobby pins to keep it in place, but for the price it’s a very good value and very cute.

I didn't expect a lot from this headband, based on the price. I was happy that it arrived early and in perfect condition, all the way from China. It is a bit more golden in person than the pic, but it is gorgeous anyway. Some reviewers said it fell apart when they tried to put it on, but they must have really really stretched it, because I have a larger head and I put it on no problem. It is really pretty and I look forward to wearing it somewhere special.
