Lovely AMH M100
This product was fulfilled by Amazon even though I ordered this bundle directly from SewVacDirect. When it arrived, I inspected the machine which seemed to be fine. It's lightweight and easy to use. I then tested the decorative stitches. None worked. The SewVacDirect technical support representative was very helpful when I called about the anomaly. He is assisting me with receiving a replacement. I asked him to verify that the replacement functions as advertised (i.e., all features work). I will update this review when I receive and retest the replacement. Stay tuned!Update July 4, 2018: I received the replacement product and I am now thoroughly satisfied with the Janome AMH M100. The bundled package was a great buy and I've enjoyed using it. It's quiet and the decorative stitches work well. SewVacDirect delivered exceptional customer service too!
