I haven't worn this outside yet, but these are my initial thoughts after trying it on. Thought I'd share because I had some difficulty deciding what size to buy.I'm 5'10, 225 lbs, 34 waist and muscular. I bought the XL and it is a nice, loose fit. Like a loose t-shirt, not a snug rashguard. I wear Large in Nike polos, and XL for looser fits in t-shirts like Next Level and Canvas.Hope that helps someone.

Fantastic SPF fabric - just be mindful - their stock sizes are disproprotionately large in cut. I normally take a size "L" in t-shirts, henleys, hoodies, etc. and I know these are meant to fit "loose", but my first order of 2 rashies in "L" were in my opinion both "XXL". Retuned, got 2 in "M" and they fit me perfectly - definitely loose enough - and perfect length. In short - great product - great quality - SIZE DOWN when ordering.
