Being English I am somewhat a sausage snob and I was looking foward to these succulent, plump sausages you see in the sellers offering. They turned up, well packed and cold but opening the box revealed a bulk machine made product that was pale in color, in sausage terms this is a chipolata (skinny sausage) nothing like the plump example in the picture....onto cooking, slow, low and steady these browned well and maintained their shape thanks to the synthetic skin. Finally it was time to consume....overall a very bland offering, elastic skins and meat texture that is akin to Vienna sausages....not at all pleasing to the palette.....
