The reviews mentioned stuff about the yeast packet missing or the instructions being incomplete. They were correct. However, it looks like the instructions have been corrected on recent packaging, so don't be discouraged. When I ordered mine in the past year, there was a yeast package inside but the instructions did not mention the included yeast package. I added it to the mix and voila! The dough turned out great and super puffy! The puff puff came out delicious! You just have to be prudent with the addition of water to the mix. I would say, adding a tad less than 2 cups would solve the dilemma. As an experienced puff puff mixer, the consistency of the dough needs to be pasty and not runny.Recently I ordered 2 packs to make some puff puff for my kids birthday. Both packs arrived with no yeast packets inside. It was a mistake from the company and they were very wonderful in solving the issue for me very quickly. I encourage everyone to try this product. I am sure the company is working hard to address omissions of items and instructions based on feedback from purchasers. The product is worth 5 stars in my opinion. Make sure you have instant yeast on hand just in case. You won't regret this purchase.

The product isn't eligible for return but unfortunately I wish you guys could replace it because this timethe yeast packet was missing from the package.Other than that this is a good product I bought it twice already and it tastes very good. Thanks

I bought this puff puff mix based on the instructions and past reviews. It arrived on time that is why I am giving it a 1 star. but the instructions were deceiving. It didnt explain that there was a separate nylon containing something which I didnt know what it was. I ended up discarding the whole content because it didnt turn out well. I just wasted my money.

The puff puff was very Delicious...My Grand babies and I Enjoyed Them So much will Be Purchasing again soon

Poor instructions on the procedure

I was buying this out of curiosity not knowing the result will be outstanding. just matter of minutes and i was all set. Perfect mixture, soft puff-puff resulting, very nice taste. You should try it, i strongly recommend

It came out just right.

The only thing I didn't like is that instructions are deceiving. 1. It doesn't explain that there's a little bag of yeast in there. I thought it was premixed. I poured content into a bowl and bag of yeast was buried in it. Luckily I decided to stir before adding water and discovered the yeast. If I'd never made this before I'd have wondered what it was and what to do with it. 2. Instructions call for 2 cups of water, which is way too much. I added the water gradually and it was very wet at 1.5 cups. 2 cups would have turned it into a porridge consistency and I doubt it would have risen. The poor instructions do a disservice to a great product.
