It is great looking, was easy to install and looks like it works well - still remodeling so haven't had a chance to use it yet.

Well, we used it for about 1.5 years. It is falling apart. Particularly the hand held unit/sprayer.

This modern design shower set with premium finishes is something I have been looking forward to getting for some time. We haven't gotten it installed yet. The mixing valve does require specific pipe configuration so it does require a plumber and some tile/wall work. Our bathroom project is delayed but wanted to share how well crafted and well designed this product is. The set comes in a very stylish matte black. The mixing valve is brass (I think) and is the heaviest part in this product. Each piece comes either in its own protective cloth bag or wrapped in protective paper/foam. It includes an installation instruction booklet with mostly drawings... which is something I wish was improved with more descriptions and diagrams with legends. Installation, like I said, does require access to water pipes for rough layout and will require some tile work. One odd thing is that, the shower arm has a trim piece that is polished chrome (as opposed to matte black). Obviously an oversight, but it's easy enough to paint it black later. A big differentiator in this product is the fact that the shower and sprayer are activated by buttons. These are really pretty and have nice graphics to show which is which. These too are metal and feel very luxurious. Looking forward to having our bathroom upgrades completed and to use this new shower. Definitely will be purchasing more from this brand for future upgrades.

I was sooo excited to get this shower system, but even MORE excited once it got installed and I finally was able to use it haha!! Because of the mixing valve this wasn't a project that I could do myself, I had to have my handyman get some new parts (I can't even tell you what ...plumbing work is NOT my thing lol!) and cut into my wall to do it for me. I'll tell you what though, it was worth every penny I paid to get this thing put in! If I knew anything about plumbing, or if I had a husband or boyfriend I'm sure I wouldn't even have had to hire someone to do it for me. There is absolutely nothing cheap about any part of this. Not even the packaging! It was packaged extremelly well with every piece nicely protected. It looks expensive, and it FEELS expensive!! The water spray feels absolutely heavenly, especially on my lower back when it's hurting. Which unfortunately is quite often lol. If you're even thinking of upgrading your current shower, I highly recommend this! I don't have a single con to post about it!

Product is really nice and good quality. Only and most negative part is that 1 piece of shower was silver instead of black matte like the rest of the set. I had ordered 2 sets, and both have same defect. I would not recommend ordering the black matte finish since I heard from someone else that they also had received mismatched piece. Reported issue but have not received any notification.
