I did not use the mat because there was a religious symbol on it (Om). This is an ignorant design (maybe it looks "enlighten").It should be logical that you do not put your feet on a religious symbol (even if you don't follow that religion). So, I had to return it.It also arrived without the strap.

Super thick, just what my knees needed! Good material, very comfortable, my hands and feet don't slip easily . A bit hard to roll nicely into the straps, but that was to be expected, since it's thicker than most mats. Thick and perfect for workout indoors even outdoors. Size is big too and the strap is important

The yoga mat is nice. The color is very good and the quality is the best. Because of the yoga mat. I really want to do yoga. It is also non slip which the best part if this yoga mat.

I don't do yoga I bought this for my work out and I love it soft enough and doesn't slip at all it's kinda stick on the floor 👍

I don't know about other people but for me the alignment marks are needed I think All beginners should use it and slippery none ..
