Q: how do you use this product? Do few drops really moisturize your arms and legs? It's an expensive product to slather on.

I use it on my entire body. It's a good moisturizer and has plesant smell. Because it is expensive I do not use it daily.

Q: Does this include a dropper?

No dropper. The top has a plug with a small hole that allows the product to disperse in your hand with a little shake.

Q: Is the fragrance strong?

It’s hideously strong. The oil is moisturizing but not overly so. Less expensive products I have owned do a better job at keeping me moisturizer all day. The smell is similar to a Christmas pine tree, you cannot smell the lavender or chamomile at all.

Q: Does it help with insomnia?

I don't have insomnia so I don't know if it would help. I don't care for the smell of this oil.
