Mostly a deterrent, I use this to secure the external solar panels for my travel trailer in camp and make sure no one walks off with them. It's solid and looks beefy which helps with deterrence. Nice and flexible which makes it easy to roll up and store, and doesn't have any memory so you aren't dealing with a bunch of curves that need to be straightened. Perfect for my use. Can't speak to how durable/resistant it is to someone actually trying to cut/break it, like most things a determined thief will probably get past it if they really want to.

Cable is strong and the looped ends are very secure.

It's all around decent. Sturdy, Doesn't coil up so it's easy to use , Plenty long enough to lock your bike to a decent size tree and all the tires.But let's face it it can't beat a bolt cutter or baby band saw grinder.

This is a heavy duty cable for bike lock (or anything else). You need a larger size lock because the cable is half an inch. Was so happy that it wasn't a tight spring. You can use it different ways. It doesn't weigh too much to carry it! See photos

I bought this lock to secure my kayak. The handles on the kayak have a couple inch clearance but the size of the loop and rigidness made threading it through the handle close to impossible. I managed to get it through just enough to make it work. I think one other reviewer noted the same and i should have paid more attention. dinged it a star for lack of forethought by maker that this would limit options. otherwise seems like a solid cable that will hopefully hold up in weather and to thieves.

This is the second one of these we have purchased. We now have the 15 foot and the 30. Durable through all types of weather all spring, summer, and fall. Thicker diameter cord which is nice, but not super heavy to move around. All around solid purchase.

Very tough and durable through the weather works great

We purchased this to strap around our golf cart in the trailer. It works great and is very heavy duty. The golf cart weighs about 850lbs and it holds it easily.
