flaching on and off every few seconds
according to the box the red light should flash on and off every 3 min, its more like every 3 seconds

Cheap and shoddy
Made the mistake of only checking one camera before throwing all the packaging away , came to install and the bulb is missing from the second camera . Not happy, but my own fault for not checking both . But then again shouldn't be selling shoddy goods .
