MUERTO: Night Rebels Motorcycle Club (Night Rebels MC Romance Book 2)

An intriguing addition to the Night Rebel MC. Muerto charismatic and blatantly display of control was strong within his MC. He is a true, couth alpha-male, who loved his club and family member. He is a one-nighter, love em and leave em male until the dark-hair, round-butt young lady caught his attention.Raven is a dark-haired young lady on a mission. She is talented, sassy and had a secret trade most men died for. Her beautiful attraction was to men but also many enemies. She had an awkward relationship with men in the past but Muerto irked her in the worst way.I have read many books by this author and I am enjoying the Night Rebel MC eminently. I applauded her on the writing of Steel yet Muerto is a runner up almost neck to neck. The story was fast-paced with enough intertwining twists and turns to pique my curiosity until the events exploded revealing the (shocking)villain.I have no intention of spoiling your reading pleasure but this one is a winner. I'm looking forward to reading about Diablo.

Muerto was the second book in the Night Rebels MC series by Chiah Wilder.Mateo "Muerto" Ruiz was the gorgeous and confident player that had women in line for him but they all knew the score and he never stayed long. He met the black haired beauty, Raven Harris, when she was hustling at the pool hall owned by the Night Rebels MC. And then low and behold, she was his tenant for one of the properties he owned. The sparks flew but she continued to rebuff him. He kept getting her out of trouble and the friendship was building. The storyline developed as the friendship ensued.The plot was primarily focused around the interactions and relationship development between Muerto and Raven; however, there was an underlying suspenseful thread that we got glimpses throughout the storyline then it peaks at the end. There were a few unanswered questions, but the end result was inferred and nothing major.All in all, Muerto was a quick, simple and entertaining read. It was fairly predictable with a few slight twists but still enjoyable. I can't wait to see how Wilder developed the mysterious, quiet but deadly Diablo next.

Raven is a pool hustler and she designs jewelry and paints too. When some guys get mad because she hustles them in Muerto's bar, he steps in to save her. They are attracted to each other but fight it. Until she gets to really know him.Muerto is a member of the Nights Rebel MC and Raven's landlord. He isn't a one woman guy but something about Raven makes him want to be one.Someone is watching Raven and wants her dead. And they'll go through anyone who stands in their way. Her ex is trying to get her back and her neighbor is weird.Sex. Bikers. Suspense. And an awesome story. My only problem is some of the story is told in the first person pov and really don't know why. Can't wait for next book.

Loved it, I was kept guessing on who the bad guy was till near the end and so many suspects to choose from and it wasn't any of them, I even thought the twist could be one of the MC as a real shock but no. Suspenseful but also quite romantic between the two main characters. Gripping and a great flow throughout, a bit of action thrown in along the way to distract and keep it exciting. Great story.

I loved the Insurgents series and have enjoyed this new Night Rebels series.I definitely loved the beginning of the book and how strong Raven is. I loved how Muerto kept trying to get her and she kept putting him off. The tension was building and I couldn't wait to see if they would act upon it. Of course, there was some mystery in the book and I loved how some of the people weren't what you expected at all. I really can't wait to read Diablo's story!

A very bizarre and intriguing story surrounding the Night Rebels and their family. Muerto meets a young woman who has a very artistic and carefree lifestyle who also happens to be a pool hustler. Their relationship is caustic and intense. Strange and bizarre things start to happen lea ing many mysteries unsolved.

Chiah Wilder has the sexy bad boy bikers down! OMG! I think I will read ANY book she writes; she just that damn good.This is Muerto and Raven's story. She was raised by a pool shark and he manages the pool hall for the Night Rebels MC. A match made in heaven or destined for hell.There is an evil stalking them both...no spoilers here. Love this book, am loving all the Night Rebels MC bikers.Thank you Chiah Wilder for sharing your incredible imagination with us.

I enjoyed reading about Muerto and Raven through the not so smooth start to the end. But I'm a little confused about the person behind the threats and foolery. I thought it was the neighbor, not who it was revealed to be! I' m looking forward to each book in this series. Thank you for being such a talented writer Chiah Wilder!

Yet another fantastic read, really liking Chiah Wilder's writing style, it draws you in. Raven is a pool shark, Muerto runs pool bar with a friend. She comes to his place and hustled some customers, who were more than a little unhappy at losing. He has to rescue her and make her pay it back. Then he bans her. They become friends, she plays and beats some of the Rebels when he takes her to the clubhouse, no cheating. But someone is watching her, waiting, Muerto needs to find out who, fast.Sue P

I had been waiting for the 2 installment in the Night Rebels MC and it didn't disappoint. I really enjoyed Muerto and Raven's story from the beginning and although there were a couple of red herrings I had my suspicions about who was stalking Raven and I was right! Muerto, although at first came across as a bit of a man whore, turned out to be a big soft teddy bear when it came to Raven which was very sweet. Now I am eagerly awaiting Diablo's story!

I loved this book. From the first chapter I was hooked. Chiah Wilder certainly knows how to keep a read invested and keep them guessing. And the moment you think you have it all worked out she completely blindsides you, leaving your head spinning in shock. (I so did not see that twist coming)Can't wait for the next book 😆💖😆

Muerto is a simple guy. He hits it once and never looks back. That is until a raven haired beauty turns him down. Never having that happen before he is determined to have her. Only he doesn't want her just for one night which is very confusing to him. A wild ride that has its ups and downs.
