Works perfectly. Easy to use, and lightweight. I used it for lemons, limes and oranges and even after 8 pounds of fruit, the blade is still sharp. It takes a little getting used to on where to place the blade, but it peels very well and quickly. It is battery operated, but also comes with a power adapter plug, which allows for quick use right out of the box.

I bought this as I have a bad back and I have a hard time standing to peel by hand. I bought this after researching a few others. This peeler is wonderful. It is super easy to use and does a great job. After putting the potato on the base and lowering the holding spike you just adjust the cutter arm to the top of the potato and hit the red button and everything is automatic and peels fadt. Remove potato and trim the polar caps and you are ready for cooking. While the blade peels it comes out in a long continuous strip you can catch in your hand to throw away. There is do much less potato wastage than peeling by hand. No accidents with your hands or fingers. The price is great and the quality is good. You can run it either by electricity or 8 AA batteries and it also comes with 2 spare cutting blades that are inside the units base. You have got to try this Sure is a time saver and you do not even need to pre wash the potatoes

Every year I go through POUNDS of apples making apple butter. I remember the old commercials for this thing but had never actually heard of anyone buying one. I just knew I had 30 lbs of apples to peal and even if this was a total waste of money I wouldn't have lost anything - I just would have had to do it by hand. However, this was a great buy! It has a learning curve. The sharp blades glide across the apples and get the pealing done in no time! Worked very well to help those 30 lbs of apples be a minimal job! I marked down for the learning curve, and it does tend to dig into the apples a bit at times but overall I'd definitely buy again before doing another 30 lbs of anything!

This product works great! It peels quickly and easily. If you’re needing the whole potato peeled you will have to peel the top and the bottom. It comes with extra blades and easy to clean love this product. It makes potato peeling easier and quicker!

My wife and a I are “senior citizens” but very happy and my wife loves to cook. I bought this as kind of a gag gift, but I’m honestly very glad I did! Works so great! The day after we got it my wife was making potato salad and I offered to peel the potatoes. This little unit worked so well and I had the potatoes peeled very quickly. I also used it on an apple with the same result. Highly recommend this great little product!!

I will start by saying if you have a vegetable/fruit peeler and have no issues with your hands, that will work best...However, I started to have issues with my hands and this has been a life saver for peeling multiple items as a time. This little unit runs pretty smooth and it does a pretty good job. The bumpier the veg/fruit, the more it jumps. This peeler will take more "meat" from the veg/fruit than a regular peeler.The overall quality of the plastic is just "okay" but if you don't abuse it, it should last for quite a while. The motor in the unit is good and it runs consistently (without skips).I like this unit and I am glad I purchased it. This comes in handy when I am making my apple pies and mashed potatoes.
