I started taking this Magnesium Aspartate about a year ago for nighttime leg cramps and my magnesium is low. It also has other ingredients that you can read on the label. The problem is that you need to take two tablets to get 100mg which causes terrible diarrhea. I tried to stop my last order after realizing this was causing my problem and this company would not respond two weeks out before delivery. Acute diarrhea can cause hypomagnesemia so it was really making my problem worse.I found a Magnesium Glycinate on Amazon and it is 400mg in 2 tablets and doesn't cause diarrhea.I called Amazon a couple weeks before it arrived to stop the shipment, and they couldn't help me stop it either. Now I have $80.00 of medication that I have to throw out.

I get crazy restless legs. Although I've never tried another brand. But then why should I, these do the job. If for some reason they don't work first off.Which didn't happen to me .. keep trying. And they seem to help me go to sleep

Doesn't help with RLS, seems to make it worse. The capsules taste gross. Don't like that they are casules.
