Broken on arrival
I bought this product to use my old ide drive on my PS2. I plugged it in and put it in the console and opl didn't recognize any games on the drive. Checked the adapter and there are scratches and black marks on the plug into the PS2. Do not buy.

Avendo un hard disk vecchio con interfaccia IDE che non funziona benissimo ho deciso di provare a vedere se avrei potuto utilizzarlo sulla PS2, così ho deciso di acquistare questo adattatore e devo dire che sono più che soddisfatto! Ovviamente è sempre meglio il sata, ma se siete in una condizione simile alla mia, anziché lasciare un HDD inutilizzato provate questa soluzione.Più che consigliato 👍

Perfetto per la modifica software
Perfettamente funzionante con un hdd di 80 giga IDE. Ho installato free HD boot e funziona anche senza Memory card. In pratica ora sia modifica che Memory card sono emulate sul software presente sull'hard disk. A differenza del precedente che aveva tanti anni alle spalle questo si avvita alla console rendendo il disco più stabile. Il prezzo è a dir poco ottimo. P.s. la mia PS2 non ha modchip
