Q: Can you still charge it with the sleeve on?

Yes, you can still charge with the case on.

Q: How do i get this thing on?

It takes a little wiggling. You can get it about halfway on my putting the nib part of the pen through the part of the sleeve that will be towards the back. Make sure to line up the flat side where the pen attaches to the tablet with the flat side of the sleeve. Mine went on about halfway, then it wouldn't move. You can tug or pull it down, but do be careful as it is still possible to heal the pen or the nib area. Make sure the buttons are lined up with the hole. The last centimeter or so is a rubber cape mine came with two, one in the same sleeve color and one in a different color. Though they often fall off or get caught in pen loops.
