Golden Technologies Buzzaround XL Heavy Duty 4 Wheel Scooter with 22 amp Batteries - GB147XLHD

I bought mine for $200 more than the internet price because of a promise of warranty and local service from Home Medical Equipment in Depew, NY. I took it out and had it on the pavement for 3 hours when the rear axle fell off. Me and the scooter hit the ground with a thud and broke pieces of the plastic ferring. I took it in personally that same day. It's been nothing but a run around since. The company has my money and my scooter. I've been told it will cost $350 to fix but I cant get anything in writing. What's more I have insurance with the credit card company that would cover the expense. However Mark their manager says he doesn't wait around for credit card forms or credit card funds. It was a nice idea....but I'm out $1649 and guess I'll never know..... five months of phone calls-buy anything else!!!!
