I drink an energy drink every morning, so I wanted to find a stimulant free preworkout, and after some research, came across pump serum. It’s a BIG scoop, and the taste is chalky and not the greatest flavor (mojito was all they had in stock both times I ordered). The pump you get from it is really good though. Im in the best shape of my life at 31 and feel myself getting stronger each time I workout. Keep in mind, you don’t get the tingles or “feel” of it kicking in because it’s stimulant free, but the performance is definitely there. Highly recommend.

My son ordered this product because he is an avid weightlifter, and had heard great things about it. Unfortunately, when we went to open the product for the first time, and broke the seal, we were greeted not by powder, but by a semi solid, spongy mess. Unusable. The packaging was obviously defective and allowed moisture into the container.The item is not eligible for return, so we really just want a refund so that we can order a replacement. What we received is unacceptable.

This caffeine-free pre-workout has completely changed my gym sessions. The flavors are fantastic and mix smooth and definitely my favorite addition to my fitness routine! The formula is packed with scientifically proven ingredients, and the flavors are surprisingly good for such a powerful product.

Get an awesome pump but miss the boost from the stimulants. Like I said, works as advertised!

I decided to try this pre-workout because of the ingredients and dosages of the various ingredients. I’ve used other pre-workouts and I’m always willing to try something new. When I opened the container it’s filled with a lot of clumps, but that’s by no means a deal breaker. I’ve used it now for 5 days; it mixes okay, the taste is not great, and as mentioned in other reviews “it’s chalky” and by far one of the worst tasting pre-workouts. As for its efficacy, I didn’t notice better pumps, I went from 1 to 2 scoops and still not much of a pump. But with 2 scoops definitely noticed a less than pleasant feeling in my stomach. Some people may find Pump Serum suitable, as for myself I’ll stick with Pre-Kaged, Pre JYM, Transparent Labs and Legion Pulse.

Great pump pre formula. Got the strawberry mojito. Taste like dirt, or crayon paper maybe. Actually tastes like any of the flavored greens powders out there.
