Rittenhouse Hypro Repair Kit for D30 Diaphragm Pump - D30REPAIRKIT

This kit is a little pricey but the quality is good. I have had this Hypro Series 30 pump on my orchard sprayer for 30 years hand have rebuilt the pump several times. The main thing to look for is the diaphragms which wear out first. There are semitranslucent ones but these don't hold up very well. The black rubber ones are the best which are in this kit. I replace all the valves and O rings when I rebuilt it but the valves seem to last forever. The working pressure on my sprayer is 250 psi which is encough pressure to shoot a stream of spray to the top of a 20 ft. tree with the proper spray boom.

This kit, although rather pricey saved me a lot of money in the long run. What was even better was the great customer support on Youtube with the step by step videos on how to properly rebuild a Hypro Water Pump step by step. Without the video, it would have taken a lot more time and questions that the best diagrams cannot possibly answer. After rebuilding my pump, it worked flawlessly.
