Good product!
I have been taking this for quite some time now and I think it’s doing very well. I've been living in England for years and my nutritionist suggested I take vitamin D, and K is a plus.

D3 is one of the most important vitamins I take for my mental well being and has been very beneficial. I take a D3+K2 regularly. While vitamin D3 helps your body absorb more calcium, vitamin K2 helps your body transport it to your bones and teeth rather than letting it sit in your arteries and other soft tissues in your body. While the advertising says this is made in USA, there is nothing on the bottle that indicates that. I like that this does not contain magnesium stearate. You only need to take one tablet for the full advertised dosage.

A vitamin D/vitamin K is a great match of two important vitamins that work even better together. This popular combo is not hard to find but Natures Plus version offers cost-effectiveness and high quality. This product is gluten-free, vegetarian, and free from artificial ingredients and common allergens. The label specifies that it does not contain magnesium stearate which is Important to know for those for whom it is an irritant. All of this is delivered in a small, easy-to-take tablet. Unopened shelf life is 3.5 yrs on the product I received. The levels of D3 and K are a little higher than the RDA which is often true of supplements. If you are already taking a multivitamin, check the levels of D3 and K it includes. If you take blood thinners, check with your doctor before taking vitamin K. I was given the all-clear, but your doctor really needs to know. This has nothing to do with the product, just the nature of vitamin K itself which can have an impact on blood clotting. If your doctor is happy with it, this product is a great choice.
