I use it every day - several times a day - as a mouthwash, when I floss my teeth, and I often add a few drops to my toothpaste! Very easy to use. Very pricey but worth the buy. You are doing your month a justice but getting this good plant base healthy product. I use it wth my oil pulling, as a month wash and for brushing the gums. A little goes a !omg way.
