When I got this the first day it was bent over and twisted..it was fairly hard. I knew from having this type foam in the past it needs to expand. I figured I would give it a few days and just try it out. I am glad I did. It’s a nice cushion, and it doesn’t get too hot. I wish that it was a bit taller and I did need to put some memory foam on the bottom of the sofa too as it hurt my bottom unless I did. I am five foot seven and a half. It does support and back aches are much less now. It expanded nicely and I had no odor. It was very well packed in the box and vacuum picked in plastic. The straps are useless for a recliner, which is what I bought it for. So I just tuck them behind the cushion. I do have to adjust it each time I get up and down which is a bother, but not so much when you compare the price. All in all it is worth it and Amazon had a small discount on it, so it was worth it. If you want to spend a lot more, I’m not sure you would get a whole lot better. I’ll still look around but for now this works ok for me. Took off one star for straps that they say will fit around any chair and the fact it isn’t as tall/large as I would prefer. I use this on a reclining sofa

I've bought other lumbar cushions before and this one is by far the best one and only a few dollars more in price too. It doesn't sink in so much like the ones without the gel insert and I find this to be more comfortable and supportive overall. Great product I'd recommend it over just the plain memory foam lumbar supports.

Pillow is very heavy so it isn't easy to move. Also not very comfortable - with 3 different people trying it out. Would not recommend it unless you have tried similar pillow before and know this is what you want. Return shipping makes it too costly to return - or we would do so.

This is a great product! My posture is so much better driving. Super comfy. Only downfall is it gets pretty sweaty after long use.

Because of my sciatic issues this Lumbar Cushion is great for keeping great posture. I ordered on Monday and received my item next day.

Ordered this 2 times. 2 times I got the wrong item. Item I ordered and the picture in my order history make zero sense, it’s a little girl in a dance outfit. Ugh
