As a Personal Trainer, I am always looking for exercises my clients cancompliment at all times, and having clients with stronger gripsenhances any type of back, arms, or chest workouts, so I haverecommended this for my clients to do at home when watching TV or justlounging.On a personal note, I was struggling with some mild pain on my righthand, and I have been using the product for about 2 weeks now,regularly, and the pain has almost gone away.

I bought these for my son but I have also tried them. I like that it has an adjustable resistance and can continue to be used as your strength improves. I have purchased others in the past that are one strength and we quickly outgrew them. The rubber ring is not as easy as it looks, it offers a lot of resistance and I can feel it working my forearms. Nice compact product, I can toss the ring in my purse and it doesn't take up a lot of room or add a lot of weight to my bag. Iwould recommend them to anyone.

In our family, we find this to be good for mom (age 45) as it offers variable grip options appriopriate for her strength levels. It's not as good for son (age 13) as he doesn't find it challenging enough. The two hand grips are much more challenging to use though, and a great bonus to have on hand.

Bought 2 of these,work great and a little variety on strength building keeps you motivated...would and have recommended to friends

This product is great! I love the variety that comes in the package. I am st the office 10 hours a day and this is helping me tremendously with my typing performance. My daughter is also using this to improve her arms for volleyball. The instructions were clear and it arrived quickly. We are very impressed!

I started using it as soon as I got it, after 5 mins of squeezing the main hand grip it broke. Waste of money. The other items work great.

Simple and effective. A great way to help focus. I pass it back and forth between my hands while debugging code. The extra rubber bands are a nice added bonus.
