Good product
I was looking for a mat that gave me good grip while doing planks, mountain climbers etc. Several mats that I have tried, including the ones at my gym, lead me to slip frequently.

This is not at all a yoga mat
This is not at all a yoga mat. You will end up slipping andget hurt as this material is not even laying flat and slippery. This is a waste buy. I write this review late as I came from my work place after a month purchasing this item. Believe me I am doing surya namaskar from 2007 and anyone can personally ask me the concern and i can explain it detail..thanks
