I had a Samsung S10+ that took quite a beating before the screen/digitizer finally begged mercy and gave up on our relationship. I wanted a phone that could handle me. I found it with AGM Glory SE. Let's go through the good and mediocre about this device.GOODTough, waterproof. Has withstood dozens of drops and falls, dunks, and human-fault accidents. Not a crack or scratch on it.Speaker rocks. I can do my commute in my old Mazda pick-up, windows down, and can hear podcasts and music without having to Bluetooth to my JBL Flip.Great camera as long as you have decent lightingMacro cam.No crashes or unintended restarts.No noticable lag.Decent built-in storage.Dual slots for SIM cards. You can have 2 numbers, 2 providers on same device. No more carrying personal and work phone.Android 11--smooth OS.Micro SD slot for up to 512 gigs.WHAT I LIKE MOST: the dual torch light. I can sit on the back porch and spotlight the oak tree canopy with it. It is super handy and super bright.Battery life - was shocked that I can get a day and a half of calls, texting, day work apps, and evening game apps usage out of it before I get the 15% battery warning.NOT PERFECT/COULD IMPROVETouch screen is just a little "soft." I have to purposefully touch with more pressure than on my S10+. I may be able to fix that in settings--just haven't taken the time to do so.Speaker is loud, but it ain't 109 dB.Weight. This sucker is heavy. To be expected though for a rugged phone with built on protective shellRequires some tech savviness. This is not a contract phone--that's good. You will have to do some googling and troubleshooting to set this phone up. Not an easy feat if you are used to unbox and use phones from cell providers.Cell providers. But you were warned before you bought. This phone will only work with T Mobile as your cell providers. You may get service with AT&T, but not promised. Before you buy, research cell towers and providers near you to be sure you will have coverage.Bottom line: I have been using my AGM for 3 months. After the initial set up, I will never go back to 3-year phone contracts and ball-and-chain service providers. I am happier with this device than I was with my previous device (Galaxy S10+). I am glad I took a chance to buy a phone manufactured by a company I had never heard of prior to researching "unbreakable phone." Durability was what I needed most, and this phone stands up to my abuses. The torch light, speaker, op system, dual slots--all of that is lagniappe... Icing on the cake.I recommend this device, but only if you are tech savvy and are in T Mobile's coverage. Google before buying.

I ordered this phone for my husband, he needs a rugged phone for work. Plus it was beyond time to replace his old phone. He was super impressed with it. The speaker is super loud, as it says it is. So loud, I'm constantly telling him to turn it down. It's heavy, I'm sure it's going to last him as long as his old one did (we bought that in 2016). He was so impressed with it, he told me to order one for myself. Being in landscaping, we both need phones that will last.*****Edit, it was a great phone until it stopped working properly. And naturally it was after the 30 return period. I can make and receive calls but the person on the other end can't hear me. I can hear them. Oddly enough, I can paint it up to Bluetooth and make calls and be heard on the other end. But not from the phone. I have two of these phones, so I know it's not a network issue.****Edit#2 The AGM website boasts a 12 month warranty and so far at this point they ignore all my attempts to contact them both on their website and on Amazon. I will NEVER buy from this company again!!!!! I could possibly change this if they make this issue right.

It's best at being rugged and strong in sound. Battery life is amazing!! As for the camera and it's features, I am still working on trying to access the what was advertised as to inferred and nightvision. The tex messages coming in and social media are a bit slow to process in reading.

This product was everything I wanted in a cell phone accept for the lack of 5G. It does make a big difference and if ur gonna spend that amount of money on a phone it should just simply wow you with today's technology. I would recommend this phone and would purchase when they add 5G

The flashlight and speaker are good. The construction is great. Those are the only benefits though. When i answer calls, the other side cant hear me. I actually cant use the phone at all unless im using speaker phone. From the jump, when texting the app would open duo. Even after i deleting duo, i type 3 letters and am directed to a page to download duo. I got a new text app from the play store and that app is minimized when typing. All apps crash often, the phone shuts down randomly. When listening to music the screen will go black, buttons not work, but music is still playing. Hopefully you like the song theres nothing that can be done until the battery dies. There are other issues but those are my major complaints. I hate this phone. Support was useless but the fact that its well built means i will have the thing forever! Will never buy anything from agm again.
