Great for the money prints pictures great

I’m not sure what the poor reviews are about. I set this up and had it printing in less than five minutes. Works great. I was a little worried about buying it because of a few poor reviews, but this was s well worth the money.

The instructions aren’t perfect but if you have some knowledge of installing peripherals you should be ok. Installed on Mac running Catalina and it works fine. You need to install the appropriate driver from the USB flash drive that’s included and then add the printer in System Preferences. When printing you’ll have to change the settings in Page Setup to match your label size. I’ve used it five times so far to print 4x6 mailing labels and it’s working great. Definitely a good deal.

if you have a newer version of windows installed it’s going to be very difficult to set this device up. i went from my partner’s office to my office just to figure out how to use this. something that would’ve been nice to know is the printer doesn’t come with its own mail template to create labels you have to pay some 3rd party to create a label that’s able to be shipped. just wish they knew how to spell words in the manual

It’s downs print anything… it just goes through the scanning process but nothing prints…

I'm a reseller and I resell on Poshmark I bought this because I liked the color when reading information on a different post and had different colors to choose from. I picked this one because of the color but assumed it had the bluetooth phone capableity. Sadly I returned it because I needed the Bluetooth compatible, it was a really nice printer and so pretty but sadly it's not bluetooth capable.

The media could not be loaded.  Setup out of the box took 2 minutes. All files you need are on a handy little USB drive. There is also a selection of help files on the drive. All I have done so far is install the drivers and it was immediately available to print from Word (I had to set my own paper size when using it this way) There is a printing utility file but I haven't had the need to use it just yet. I popped in a strip of labels I already had and it auto detected the size AND where the label started, so there was no need for the finicky process of lining everything up. Hit print in word and *bzzzt* out came a perfect label, even on my old crummy labels I had lying around. My only complaint is that it didn't come with a small pack of labels, but everyone's needs are different as far as sizing, so I guess it makes sense to buy what you need. So far, happy with my purchase 👍

Hat etwas gedauert bis wir beide uns gut verstanden haben. Der beiliegende USB Stick mit der Software war kaputt und so musste ich mir den Treiber über das Internet suchen. Das Papierformat für meine Etiketten war nicht vorhanden und musste erst mal im Drucker erst erstellt werden. Nach einigen Versuchen bekomme ich lesbare Etiketten gedruckt, die am Paketautomaten von DHL angenommen werden. Bei den ersten Versuchen war der Barcode etwas zu klein geraten und da hatte der Leser etwas Probleme, hat aber letztlich immer die Pakete angenommen

I have spent over 2 hours trying to get it to print the correct size on the label. Nothing worked for me. I emailed them asking for some help and I never heard anything back. I’m returning it and getting a different one!

The print quality of this product is subpar. It's unclear if my unit is defective or if this is a common issue, but the labels produced are extremely faint and the text is not clear. On the positive side, the setup and usage of the device are user-friendly. ( Seller if you view these reviews, do better consider sending me a replacement )

So far this product is working well. Print quality is good. The only issue I have is that was not able to download the printer tool (I think which would allow for you to print the labels in the correct format. Unless the label is in the exact 4x6 format, you do need to edit your print settings to print.
