I purchased the sauna in early December and had it assembled about 20 minutes after receiving it and I put it in the garage. First couple times I used it I was having trouble getting up to temperature because the garage was around 35 degrees. I went to Goodwill and purchased a couple comforters for the beds for about six bucks and insulated the sides back and the top with the comforters and secured them with some bungees around it so the only side without the extra insulation is the front and I was able to get the sauna temperature up above 110 degrees Fahrenheit at 98% humidity. I am overweight and do have high blood pressure but after only two weeks of using this and measuring my blood pressure with a cuff I'm consistently in the 120 over 80 range. This is easily one of the best investments I have made for my health and I would encourage anybody who enjoys someone has but has missed the fact that most gyms have shut down their saunas the purchase this because it will improve your health. if you just Google on YouTube or just a Google search on sauna and health benefits there is a large study that was done over a 20-year period and for people who use the sauna four or more times a week the rate of death in cardiovascular events was reduced by more than 40% and for people who use it two to three times a week it was around 25%. it's very easy to find this information and the fact that you feel much better after getting out of the sauna. and my blood pressure has dropped dramatically in just a few weeks of this shoes even after years of taking blood pressure meds proves that the sauna does work. I'm not getting paid for this and I haven't received any promotional products.Update about 6 weeks after purchase. One of the steamer units failed. As soon as the unit gets up to boiling temp the unit shuts off. Once cooled it will restart but not produce steam. Seems like a lot of the users are reporting similar results from these steam units. They are also the same units sold by Sauna Rocket with their tents.

Love this sauna, is easy to install and get it going. My kids used all the time to relax and get ready for tournaments

I use my infrared sauna to help with chronic pain. It works wonders especially when the weather is cold. My only complaint were very poor directions for assembly. We had to try several different set ups before we got it right.

This is one of the best things I could have done for myself. I love this infrared sauna. The instructions aren’t the best but once assembled, it works perfectly. The results are immediate. You feel a sense of rejuvenation and relaxation right away. I slept better than I have in a long time. It’s a great addition to any self care regimen.

Good value for money.

Very poor construction and workmanship. Terrible set-up instructions. Sent a new circuit board with instructions for customer to replace the original, which apparently had a problem. I have never seen this before. Will not get to advertised temperature of 140.

Service was great when i didn’t understand the instructions and the sauna is great. I get a very good sweat.

Its easy to assemble. I've had it for a month now, its been great so far. No problems encountered. Super spacious and it heats up pretty quick!!! Highly recommend it!!! A gift for yourself this holiday season!!

I’ve had the sauna for a week and have used it 4 times. The hottest it will get is 114 degrees, it takes 12 minutes to get to that temperature and after 20 minutes in the sauna it is still at 114 degrees. Other then that it is very good and still enjoyable. After a week I’ve notice less stiffness in my back and shoulders and better sleep.

You never know what you're gonna get in terms of quality and function. They have found a way to offer the benefits of a sauna at a fraction of the cost. Heats up super quick, stays between 134-140 no problem. Unreal value.
