I love these cold packs - this intermediate size is terrific for my low back pain. They are absolutely the very best at retention of the cold and malleability to that sore spot. Eventually, I have found that eventually, the gel will break up and bead up within the thick plastic sealed container, and they don't hold cold as well and don't mold to my knee or shoulder so well any more, then it's time to buy new ones. This purchase was the second time around for a set of various sizes.

These stay flexible when frozen and stay cold for a really long time. They are also the perfect size (6"×10") for me to use on the back of my head/ upper neck when I have a migraine.

These are the best ice packs i have ever used or found since I've been in the PT business for 23 years. They will get as cold as you freezer and remain soft and flexible. They stay very very cold for at least 35 minutes. Excellent to relieve pain and swelling without the extreme size and weight of the ice packs typically purchased from medical supply services. The only negative is they will take in air after heavy usage over a period of time and will not transfer the cold as well or stay cold as long. But with that said these are the best overall ice packs you can buy. They also work decently as a heat pack but typically i use a large heat pad for heat.

These gel packs are amazing. I highly recommend this one as well as the larger size they are perfect for any need for ice or heat therapy. I use them to help treat muscle aches and migraines. I have some at home and at work. I highly recommend them.

My 93yr old mother swears by this thing. She heats it in the microwave for neck, shoulder, or back aches. Her original wore out after 6yrs and lots of use. I replaced hers and bought her one to give to a favorite neighbor. If you listen carefully, you can them both oohing and awwing.

This can be microwaved or frozen. Retains heat long enough for a therapeutic treatment. Must be inserted into a cloth pocket, do NOT put this directly on your skin. I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, then flip it over for another 30 seconds. Be careful handling it as it will be very hot.

So, the husband requested THIS. EXACT. COLD. PACK. I have no idea where we purchased the first one, but it was the perfect size (not too short, won’t slide off your shoulder) and whatever type of gel they use is a more pleasant texture apparently, compared to the big gel balls that some packs use. We only use it for cold. Thankfully the only thing that changed between these and the original olddd one we had, was the graphic design. We can handle that!

Wife loves them.
