The size is fit for kids only, When tried to return Amazon refused to refund in spite of promising to do so if it is not picked up within 48 hrs. I really wonder why I pay for the prime subscription as they dont care anymore.

It' bad experience total waste of money
The product says free size but it is small and didn't fit. Tried to return but the option is saying non-returnable . It's a waste of money. The quality is also not good. Below average product.

Must have for winters
It covers the neck and head completely. Neck warmer can be used to cover half of face too while driving. It keeps you warm and protects from chilly wind.

Product doesn't match the description. It is a bit small given the size of the product and doesn't fit for grown men/women. It would fit for a kid in 20's or mid 20's but not for 27+
