I know but these days everyone wants instant Gratification, and this is something that takes a lot of time. You’re supposed to use it 2 to 3 times a week for 8 weeks to release the results. I just don’t have the time to dedicate to being that consistent.After four times of using it, I wasn’t seeing any obvious improvement.I will say it got easier to use after the first time.You pretty much are supposed to shave your hair before using it, which just has to the process of time to be able to use it.There are a couple different levels, and it suggest starting off with the first in moving up depending on how it feels, but it’s hard to know what is really unacceptable strength and what’s not good. And maybe I never used it at a high enough strength to really get results.It’s kind of like a cold sort of zap feeling.And you have to wear glasses to be able to use it cause it’s a bright light, but it does come with those.My biggest issue with the construction of it was it can’t be charged, it has to be plugged in. Which means you just have to do it somewhere where you have an outlet close enough to extend to use it.If I ever get to really seeing results, maybe Ill come back and share, but it will take a couple months to really see if it works.

I got this because it claims to provide unlimited use, and I found the head attachments unique. The manual says there's a skin rejuvenation (540nm red light) attachment you can purchase separately, but I contacted the seller about it and found out it won't be restocked. This definitely seems more powerful than another hair removal device I have. I barely feel anything with that one, but I could definitely feel the flash and heat even on the lowest setting with this one. It’s probably not painful. I say “probably” because I’m not really used to these devices yet, and I didn’t expect to feel it so much. I think once I get over the scary flashing lights and heat factor, it won’t “hurt” so much. But I might stick with my other hair removal device to get me started. I am really glad to have this one on hand though. It’s more expensive, but it should last forever and is more versatile. This arrives beautifully boxed and sealed with everything you need to get started. The instructions are clear, and it’s pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. It takes patience though. I’ll update how effective it is…in a few months.

It's very comfortable to hold. The downfall is that if it's being used on legs it takes FOREVER to use. I have noticed that my hair has started taking longer to grow.

This IPL Hair Removal device is very well made. It is shaped kind of like a hair dryer. After the 1st week when I got used to using the device, I can now use it on the highest level with no pain or even twinges. It does clearly state that it takes 12 weeks before you see the permanent results. I am in week 6 right now. I really like the way the 2 attachments fit on the device by magnets. That makes them very easy to get on and off. I really like the one attachment to use on my underarm areas. The device DOES have to stay plugged in and that makes it a little hard for me to do my legs because of the placement of my plug-in in the bathroom. Since it is very time consuming to use on both of your legs, I wish the device was smaller. That would make it lighter to hold for all of that time. This device does that unlimited flashes so that is a big plus. So far I am happy with this IPL hair remover.

My return window is closed I’ve been using since I bought and does not work at all ? Is there anything I can do to return this item

The downside with this for her is that the orientation of the light is parallel with the handle, which means having to go side to side with it. She prefers an IPL device with the orientation being perpendicular, so it's easier to do legs and underarms.She does appreciate the facial attachment though, to allow easier focusing when needed.Unit is solid, and nicely made, a better quality than many of the other ones out there. The cooling feature seems to be pretty consistent with the other one that she likes with that feature.

I actually disliked this product and I really wanted to like it. It was quite ineffective and I am a frequent visitor of an actual laser hair removal establishment. So when I compare the efficacy of the actual product to a laser treatment at a medical office, there is no comparison. However, when I compare the efficacy of the product to products that are equivalent in nature, to me this is under performing and is not very strong at all. I had this bad boy turned ALL the way up and felt nothing nor did it do a thing to my hair; which is fine (not thick) and brown. The ergonomics of the device are actually nice. The different laser tips are decent. The product quality is nice so I really was hoping it was going to be better/effective. I do find this too bulky for a lot of the face and maneuvering it around but I also didn’t try this on my face.
