Lovely scents and the best hand cream!

The first one I received had both sides of the box open. The box was also torn up. The hand creams looked as if they've been stepped on. I ordered a replacement and returned the first one. The replacement also had both sides of the packaging opened. The hand cream itself was also deformed. It was clearly not worth getting a 3rd replacement if it was going to be the same. This purchase was intended to be a gift to someone. How was I supposed to gift someone something that had been ripped and battered up.
