I used the plastic babies in a King Cake for a Mardi Gras themed party. They were smaller than I expected, however served its purpose. They would work very well in ice cubes.

These are just as advertised, just be careful if you drop them on the floor and step on one. Ouch! Hard and sharp plastic, but they serve their purpose.
