Great product, keeps puppy busy for ages and has varying difficulty. However the material is on the cheaper side and is beginning to deteriorate with use and chewing.Would recommend.

Our dog loves this, chaweenie. At beginning she became stressed so took away when this happened and gradually became use to it. Now every nite at 7 she's there demanding her toy. It's great to keep her occupied. The only drawback is the location of the adjustable opening handle. Sometimes her rolling the toy around causes it to close then she becomes frustrated because nothing comes out or she works it into a space she can't get it out of so we always make sure someone is around when she uses it.

This is similar to a food puzzle I previously had for my dog but is no longer available. It is sturdy and easy to fill with kibble/treats. However, the "slider" which determines the size of the opening and the ease with which treats are released moves WAY too easily. My 10 lb dog had it slid all the way over to the maximum opening within minutes. I ended up setting the slider where I wanted it and then covering it with duct tape to hold it in place. That lasted for a few days until my dog somehow managed to remove it. I reset the slider and added a new strip of tape, and I guess that's just what I'll continue to do. So overall, the puzzle is a good concept but has a definite design fault.

I bought these as gifts for my best friends dog and they have soo much fun with these treat/food dispensers. Which is something to be said because they have every today and feeder on the planet.

My frenglish bulldog eats all her meals in some type of slow feeder or dispenser toy. This is the perfect size for her. The adjustable opening is a great option and since the top screws off it is super easy to fill an clean! I also like that the surface is smooth so there is nothing for her to try and chew on when it's empty. It's smaller then other ones so I would not feel comfortable giving this to my larger pups.

Update 02/20/24: Seller reached out to me quickly and refunded me for the purchase. Very efficient and excellent customer service. Hopefully the quality issue will be addressed, as my dog really loved the toy. I would definitely take a chance and buy again.Previous Review: My dog really loved this toy. Unfortunately, it broke after a couple of days. I have a Jack Russell - Dachshund mixed. She’s very gentle and was actually scared of the toy at first. Once I got her comfortable with it, she bumped it into another toy and it broke. I thought I could snap it back together, but it does not stay snapped. The slightest bump breaks it apart again.

Great product for my dog it’s good stimulation.Unfortunately, this product just pops. Open my dogs moving it around the next thing you know all the treats are on the floor.Needs to have a better locking mechanism on the case itself
