Exactly what I needed. I wanted white, divided, plastic trays I could take to a couple of casual parties to serve an assortment of flavored homemade candy, but I didn't want the trays to look cheap, flimsy, or tacky. I was originally planning to write on them, which is why I wanted solid white, but I changed my mind. They worked great for my purpose, and they were cheap enough that I was glad to leave a tray with one of our hosts with the candy that was left. I can see using these for that type of function, for a bunch of paint colors, dividing sequins or other items for kids' crafts, buttons, etc. Versatile and sturdy product. Update 12/14/18 -- added photo for my original reason for purchasing; many of the candies had already been eaten... :) Hopefully it still gives an idea of the appearance and size of item. And the tomato photo for the customer asking about using for salad bar ingredients. Hope these help!

These are just right for a smallish to medium amount of food in each pocket. The shape makes the food item easy to get to, unlike the square 4-compartment platters. I used these to make a rainbow of food, running from red on the left to orange on the right (long dish, square dish, long dish, long dish, square dish, long dish). They worked very well. The party is over but I will keep these . I am getting rid of the square 4-compartment ones.

I thought this would be made of durable plastic, but it is basically made from disposable plastic material. Not really ideal, if you want long lasting serving ware. I'm returning this, not what I was expecting.

Perfect for crackers, cheeses, nuts or small toppings. We’ve used them a couple of times since purchase and they’ve held up good and are easy to clean.

3 of 4 trays were broken at the same corner. Trays are thin. They were individually wrapped in this plastic, but not padding. The trays are long & deep, but the plastic is too thin to be durable. I bought these for salsa, chips & snacks. I'm disappointed about the quality & condition in which they arrived.

These were perfect for condiments for a hot dog bar and cheap

They work great for lining up ingredients before I fix a meal as well as for presenting ingredients, toppings, etc. for guests.
