Not the best boar bristle brush
In comparison to other boar bristle brushes I've used in the past, this one falls short in many ways. The boar bristles are scarce, the plastic bristles are very hard and the brush itself is smaller than expected. It did almost nothing to smooth my hair/flyaways in comparison to my old boar bristle brushes. For the price, I expected to receive a brush of much higher quality. I would not purchase for thick/long hair.

Good for thick coarse hair
I have fine long hair and after using this brush I have noticed an increase in split ends. For coarse hair this should work excellent. And it is very difficult to get fibre dust out of the bristles. Not that easy to clean. But I still like it.

Too good!
Writing this after a couple of months use. The bristles are strong and not even one has come off. Its detangling capability is too good to be true. Detangles with so much ease and very little hair breakage. The handle grasp is also good.
