Great for dips
Used only for dips. Belt itself feels very nice and sturdy. I've loaded 2 45lb plates on and haven't been a problem. Only complaint is that the chain is small and the length is kinda short. Other than that, was a great belt for a good price

Here's what you want to know:
It is actually well made. I've put two plates on, had no issue. Chain for me is the right length and I'm on the short side of 6 feet tall. I can't tell you about the padding because I'm not a pansy. I use this to become ridiculous like Ronaldo or Serena. Get one if you agree.
