Olight makes excellent flashlights with easy to operate controls that seem to thrive on hard-use. I now own at least a dozen different lights from Olight and every one is well-made, easy to use, and stands up to hard use. Some of them have gone through the washing machine without issue. It’s easy to switch between brightness levels with the tail switch, and there aren’t so many levels that you forget which one is what. Excellent lights that I strongly recommend to anyone for EDC use.

At first it seemed great - has two settings to choose from, nice and slim, takes AAA batteries, nice feel to it etc. Then the low light setting started strobing whenever I turned it on,’o matter what batteries I put in it. Then the second bright setting stopped working and it was stuck in permanent strobe mode. It also sometimes got turned on in my pocket because the button protrudes out a little bit... It fell out of my pocket at the park tonight, and I’m glad to not have that cursed thing anymore, just wish I got my money back for it... Edit: 1 week after writing the 2 star review, the company reached out to me and asked what was wrong with the flashlight, then offered to send me a replacement flashlight at no cost. Due to the fantastic customer service I updated the review to 5 stars because defective products just happen sometimes and it’s up to the company to make it right, which they did. Happy to say the new flashlight it working excellent so far🤞

The I3T is a light-weight, bright flashlight with reasonable runtime that is certainly a compliment to anyone's EDC. Having dual modes is handy, but it can take a bit of familiarization before you can consistently get to the right one immediately without thinking about it. My original light did experience a failure where the power dropped to only 10% of full and could not be fixed, but after sending video proof of this failure, O-Light immediately sent me a replacement free of change. (I would have given 2 stars, but prompt customer service bumps it back to 4, would have been an easy 5 if I had not experienced the failure in the first place.)

Not to bright but bright enough to work with. I have several different flash lights from fenix, surefire, streamlight and others that are great but I don't always need the high intensity for most things. And this seems like a good around the house kind of tool.
