I like the vent cover. It was cheap and its does its job. The only complaint that I have about this item are the sharp edges. Make sure you wear gloves while installing this product. I was one of the many here that cut myself while installing this product.If it wasn't for the sharp edges I would give it 5 out of 5.

Not for cloths dryer. Vent only.
NOT FOR CLOTHS DRYER !!! Will clog with the screen inside !!!! Also sharp edges !!!

Does what I need and looks classy.
I have a BBQ shed that I use all winter long. I needed to vent through an end wall coming off the range hood I installed. 6 inch vent on the hood. My local hardware store only carried 4 inch so I ordered this vent cap. Had to do some innovation because it is mounted to 1/2 inch lp siding. purchased a couple small diameter screws and collapsible wall anchors and it went up great. A little clear caulk all the way around and it will last for years. Turned the range hood on and the grass 10 feet down was blowing around. Easy to attach the flex vent tubing onto it.

Perfect for a studio exhaust.
I use this for my exhaust for my glass studio. The mesh keeps the bees out. It's very good quality. I recommend to anyone whether growing or using for exhaust for their glass studio.
