Great rainfall showerhead
My family likes the big rainfall showerhead. It was easy to assemble and install. I am less happy with the handheld, which is all plastic and feels flimsy to me. And because I use the showerhead to give my dog a bath, the hose is too short. I was sorry that I didn't replace it when purchasing this item.

Strong pressure
We've had many showerheads, including the TikTok trends. And we have average water pressure which leads to some showerheads with 'meh' performance. But this one works great. It empties my hot water tank faster than existential shower thoughts have time to process. And yes, I've added a flow restrictor.Also, please, for the love of god, don't test all of the showerhead options while the top of the showerhead is pointed towards the ceiling. I nearly blasted a hole in my ceiling when the top jet went off. RIP my popcorn ceiling.

Classy Look to the Shower
Installation of the showerhead is a straightforward process; you don’t have to be an HGTV host to do it. The showerhead fits onto existing shower arms and can be easily installed with the provided tools. It's important to ensure a secure and leak-free connection so wrap the existing threads with white tape and don’t overtighten. The design and aesthetics of this showerhead are great. Water pressure and flow control are important aspects of any showerhead, this delivers on both fronts. After the installation, I would say it looks classy.

Hand sprayer is not as high quality as the rest. But still looks good and functions. Again the shower head is beyond expectation.

Leaky ball joint. Nothing I can do
The media could not be loaded. It has great pressure and the wide coverage of the water is really nice and the ease of installation as well. But this leaky ball joint is beyond my repair. And it hasn’t been a year yet. Can I get some help with this please??
