It works it really works
Yes might be a little pricey compared to normal Shampoo but it does work and you can feel the difference after just one wash. You only need use a tiny bit as it lathers up very quickly and lots. Tingles so don’t get it in eyes. Excellent results

Helps with Itchiness, Not So Much with Flakes
This is one of the only shampoos that actually helps with my itchy scalp. Along with the manuka honey version from the same brand, it’s been a lifesaver for calming irritation. It doesn’t do much for flakes in my case, and it can be a bit harsh on my hair, but honestly—it does the job. I keep coming back to it because nothing else works as well for the itchiness.

It works!
Since the Clinical Scalp range was discontinued in the UK, I have tried lots of different brands and purchased selenium based products too. All to no avail. Non of the other H&S products work for me either - this is expensive, but worth it for me to stop my it itching and dry scalp.

Really works for me…
I even find I can dilute it to make it last longer as I have done with other head and shoulders for years.I see notes about making hair greasy but, in my case I think it just restored hair and face to their original state before I was plagued with seborrheic dermatitis from about 2017.Just FYI an antifungal ingredient was banned in all rinse off toiletries at that time so if you have a problem that began (or returned) then it might be worth giving this a go despite the price. Even my Doctor thought I had psoriasis until I did.

This product is good at tackling hard to shift dandruff. However the smell as expected is quite strong

Shampoo worked well for my son, though he has particularly bad scalp issues so didn’t continue to work for long. He does come back to it occasionally however
