very good clean refurbished item
bought for my son and he was delighted with this. He likes the look and feel of it and that Dell is a productu he has worked on before.

Not windows 11 compatible
This was advertised as Windows 11 but came with Windows 10 and failed checks required to upgrade. Returned.

Great laptop and great service
The media could not be loaded. I've got a few refurbished desktops but decided to buy a refurbished laptop as I've got a few conferences coming up. I was a bit suspect about the quality for the price.But, when it arrived it was in better condition than expected. However, it didn't work. But the seller was great and everything was sorted and now I've got an amazing value laptop.

Bad Experience
Bought this laptop but couldn’t use for a day. Laptop was not getting charged through the charger showing light on . Seller should have been more responsible to check the laptop before selling, total a waste of time .

It couldn't boot...
Sorry guys- I know it's a refurb, but at least send me one that's bootable. This iteration kept freezing and attempting to boot, displaying a memory management message. To be fair, they are probably not all like that, but should be as described. Also I ordered a Windows 11 version but this was Windows 10. And to be fair, they were quick to refund...
