Bycycle was amazing.. with full charge pedal and battery asssit it will give around 50 KM please download the wynd app for the reference. And customer care service satisfactory.because when we recieved the bycycle Tool kit was missed. I rise the complain by sending the mail [email protected].. within 5 days we recieved the bycycle tool kit from the Indian post courier..last week we got the bycycle battery problems and it's not charging. Again i was raised complaint by dropping mail to [email protected]. next day customer service people contacted me. I told each every thing regarding battery issues.. free of cost 91 people send the new battery package. It's received last week.. i was removed old one install to new battery now it's working fine... I will proud to tell this 91 is the best brand of bycycle.. I Appreciate tha 91 bycycle brand... Close your eyes and buy and enjoy..

This is the best product you would get under this price(20k - 24k). I have been using this from past 8 months. *Tool kit is not provided. * Easy to use and eco-friendly and health friendly bike. * Gives a good mileage of 35-40km per charge under peddal assist mode. *Comfortable for daily commute. * Considering Indian kids they should provide a safe/locker for the IP6 display and the kids around the parked vehicle may damage that display. * Other drawback is it may get stolen as it is light weight anyone can carry it on their shoulders and walk away.

I have been riding this cycle since two weeks. My initial observations are as follows: Pros: It is light weight, tyre size is small (infact smaller than the tyre size of Hero-lectro Kinza), battery seems good, pedal assist is also good. It has 10 days returnable option unlike the regular replacement option. Delivery was very quick. Both in pedal and pedal assist mode cycle seemed to perform better than Hero-lectro Kinza. Cons: In th package I did not find any instructions manual for assembling, as it is only 85% pre-assmbled, whcih made me to explore the internet while assembling. Instructions manual for its operation is also missing. They should either include them in the package or provide an explicit video-link for this model. I didnot find any warranty card in the package. In the 100% battery/throttle mode, cycle seemed to slightly underperform against a two year old Hero-lectro Kinza e-cycle(may be their battery management strategy, I guess). I purchased this cycle at Rs. 23,999/-, and overall I found this cycle good.

Nice one but toolkit is missing.

The quality and product we are getting at the price is just excellent. Tool kit and front wheel quick release was missing but i called them and they sent it within 8 days. Everything seems good right now, no issue what so ever. Mileage is decent. Not that great not that bad. Assist mode gives good mileage. Go for it. Was tracking this cycle from long time and bought this for 21k

it was working fine when i received it but after 4 to 5 days it wasn't charging at all also i had to wait 15days to get my money refunded

While the electric cycle impresses with its premium appearance, it lacks essential features such as lights, horn, and lock, with the absence of a toolkit being a significant downside. However, the riding experience is exceptionally smooth, contributing to an overall positive impression. pls note: 100% not good for off road. on full charge its giving around: 15km - 20km range. after sending mail i got my tool kit.
