A handy pre-workout drink!
It's good and easy to make. A subtle cardamom flavour is there which I enjoyed! Didn't require jaggery or honey. You only need 2 spoonful of this with 1+1/2 cup of water. I request the seller to replace the wheat with something more nutritious and healthy grain. Hemp seed powder would be a great option to increase its efficacy in terms of protein! Overall a good stuff.

Rat tasted pack. Clearly a round hole with with uneven rat bites concealed beneath Amazon' s wrapped tape. Millets stewned inside the container card board box.Very much dissapointed.
