Just buy it.
After using for a few days. I have to say I really like this pump. I have noticed the difference with this. There is a lot more output I have with this pump. I was using a spectra pump prior to this. Easy clean up and Love the hand free of it too. I have a toddler and newborn and this has been a life saver when my toddler is needy. Pricey but buy it. It was way worth it.

pump, pump, pump it up
If you are on a breastfeeding journey, this is the pump for you. Working a 9-5 job, especially in customer service is hard. especially when your presence on the floor is needed and you can't get away to pump like you would like to. this pump makes it so much easier. Being able to walk around and not be tied down to an outlet does help alot. the motor is strong (hospital grade). Now this pump is not quiet , but its not to bad. it does make your chest look bigger than what it is so wear a sweater or something to cover your chest up (trust me) I have been using this pump for 14 months and its definitely worth it.

Just Buy It
As an exclusively pumping mama this was the best purchase my husband ever made me make. I got just as much and sometimes more using this compared to my Spectra. I loved how quiet it was compared to other pumps and I really loved that I could take every piece apart to wash. Treat yourself mama you deserve it!

I am livid!!!
I’ve had enough!! So much so, I am willing to waste my time with an infant by my side and write a review so other new moms don’t suffer like I have.I have purchased this piece of garbage twice!! Yes twice. Because when it works, which is 10% of the time, it works great. The suction is better than my spectra s1. It’s also convenient to care for a newborn and infant with low profile cups. With that said, only because I’m a complete fool did I continue to purchase parts for this garbage every single time it stopped working on me. As other reviewers have mentioned, those stupid little rubber gaskets fail often, and when they do, milk either falls out or you completely lose suction. The company doesn’t sell the rubber gaskets as replacement parts. You have to purchase the top cup part with it, making the whole thing cost a lot every single time you need to replace them. Talk about a rip off.Sometimes when a part fails mid-pump, suction messes up and milk goes into the tubes, and into the motor. This happened to me at least 4 times now in 6 months. If you’re lucky, you catch it before the pump breaks. I wasn’t so lucky once and had to repurchase the entire pump kit. When I received the new pump, the tubes were kinked, brand new out of the box. I reached out to the company and they sent replacement tubes right away. So their customer service wasn’t bad, at least from my experience. As I sit here for the third day, suffering because I can’t get a decent pump, I decided to finally write a review and warn about this thing. I’m currently using just one cup, one breast at a time, because this thing failed on me once again and I can’t tell which piece of rubber is the culprit. I’ve changed out several parts, waiting on the final piece with the gasket to see if that will fix it. All in all, I’ve spent around $1,000 so far servicing this thing and it’s still breaking on a weekly basis. My supply is suffering, my breasts hurt, I am forced to supplement with formula, and I am at my lowest point in my breastfeeding journey because I chose to buy the wrong hands-free pump. Ladies, save yourself the grief and pain. Do not purchase this pump!!!! Listen to the bad reviews. Stay away!!This company should be ashamed of themselves for knowingly producing a sub-par product and selling it to desperate moms who will do anything and pay anything to make sure their babies are fed. This is a disgusting tactic. A very blatant form of the pink tax, where we get shafted because we’re desperate.

Great overall, but cups sometimes come apart causing a spill.
I have had two of these pumps and I really think they overall work well. I just received and recently have been using my second machine. I feel like my machine doesn’t have the same suction as my first. Also, sometimes after I pump, the entire cup just comes apart and I lose all my milk. I would say that it still works well, but disappointed with the second machine given how much I paid for it, and my good experience with the same machine. I would try it again, but I think something is maybe defective with this device. 5 stars for my first one.

Hands down the best breast pump in the game!
These are one of those items that are too personal to take too many photos of, so my opinion and word of mouth will have to more so suffice. I gave this item to my niece prior to her delivery. She didn’t have success with breast feeding the first child so it was her goal to make this time work. I found this Elvie One and decided it was what she needed. She was just released from the hospital and after using her manual pump and trying like crazy (to no success) to relieve her overly engorged breast, she decided to swap to the Elvie One and give it a shot. She let me know that this pump was able to relieve her COMPLETELY. As well as provide her with a huge supply that she would have otherwise not gotten. She has thanked me over and over all day telling me that this pump has probably saved her from developing mastitis. Not to mention the fact it’s cord free and she can wonder around without having to stay connected to something. The app feature is unlike anything else I’ve witnessed so far. If it wasn’t for this Elvie One, my sweet niece most likely wouldn’t have succeeded in her breast feeding journey. But it appears the Elvie One is helping her release her supply, as well as help it come in by doing so. This is a must for any trying mother! Don’t give up, friend!
