This is a really nice, thick sterling silver rope chain. I wear it every day and have been using it for quite a while now, and it’s held up extremely well. The clasp is sturdy and secure, and the chain has a great shine to it. It was a little thicker than expected for one of my pendants, but I was still able to make it work — not the chain’s fault at all. Overall, it’s a great-looking, high-quality chain that feels durable and worth the price.

Very nice, heavy rope chain. Using with a pendant- has held up very well to near daily wear since purchased. No knots or kinks, lobster clasp sturdy. Resembles 18” yellow gold. Sterling base is a must-have for me, hypo-allergenic, hasn’t shown signs of tarnish despite wearing it while showering. In short, a really nice chain for not a lot of money! Highly recommend!

Love the look of this chain! The thickness was perfect for my daughter’s heavy heart pendent. The chain is very sturdy , easy to fasten and very comfortable to wear. A truly perfect purchase!

I purchased this item in April 2025. For the time that I had it, it was beautiful. It held the charm that I wore around my neck securely. However, I used dandruff shampoo (the active ingredients in dandruff shampoo tarnishes silver) and made it (and my other silver jewelry) tarnish. When I cleaned the tarnish off this necklace, the silver came off of it too. This necklace is marketed as sterling silver. It even has 925 and Italy stamp on it, which is evidence of the obvious scam. 925 stands for 92.5% pure silver. This necklace is not sterling silver. It is sterling silver plated. I do not appreciate being lied to because this seller went out of their way to talk about their jewelry is Sterling silver all the way down to the core and it is not. Had to make special arrangements with Amazon and they were gracious enough to refund me back my money so that I may purchase a genuine sterling silver necklace from a reputable seller. This is false advertisement and these sellers should be ashamed of themselves. Buyer beware if it was silver plated that’s fine. Market your product is a silver plated rope necklace. There’s nothing wrong with that. Another buyer has made the same complaint and his pictures to prove as well as my pictures below.

Bought this on a whim looking for quality yet affordable jewelry pieces on Amazon and I can say that I’m happy with my purchase. Bought this back in July and have not taken it off since I got it. I’m talking wore it to sleep, went to the gym, swam with it, showered with it, etc and it’s not until today that I write this review like 4 months later that I started noticing signs of wear. I didn’t get called out on it it’s genuinely something that I spotted just because I felt like inspecting it. Some areas are starting to fade, looks a lot more like copper than gold, with a rough texture (almost like that of rust) than it’s original smooth surface, some areas were peeling (think of a thin clear layer almost shedding) thankfully it’s only in small areas that aren’t really visible from afar but I can see it being more noticeable within another month or two. Overall for 20$ I genuinely was surprised it lasted this long considering everything I put it through, I’m sure with proper care it would last longer but I’m too lazy for that. The color of the gold is a bit brighter than some of my authentic gold pieces if that’s something that matters to you but definitely not bright enough to SCREAM cheap if that makes sense. Low maintenance, Low cost, Great buy!
