Worked great! Easy to use, I’m impressed!

Really easy to use. I made some loaves the first couple days I got these. Decided to make my own chicken deli meat. Cooked some chicken, chopped it in to chunks, and put it in the food processor. Used that to chop it in to super small pieces. Put those in to a bowl, added some spices, and mixed. Then just measure out about a pound and a quarter, drop in to the cannister, put the lid on, stick in the thermometer, and put in a water bath. Stick on the stove and cook until it reaches the desired temp. Easy. The loves were great. I sliced thin and the sandwiches were better than any meat I can buy in the store.

Have used twice. Everything works as it should, but wouldn’t trust thermometer. I was intimidated when I first got this, but after finding a few recipes its really easy. The ham turned out excellent. Much cheaper than the fancy store bought lunchmeats

This thing works.. but its a lot of work, makes a big mess and I don't think you save that much money than just buying lunch meat.. It was fund to do and a great experiment but I gave mine away as a "regifted" Christmas gift.. LOL

I rarely write reviews but this press has been a game changer for me! I make seitan frequently and was concerned about using two layers of heavy duty foil to steam the seitan. But this thing easily fits inside my Instant Pot on a rack where it steams, I just wipe down the interior with some avocado oil, put in the seitan dough, the spring and the lid. I cleans up easily and I do put it in the dishwasher and haven't had any problems cleaning it that way.

You will not regret it

Just as it say's it's a press. You fill it with meat and close it up. The spring keeps the meat pressed down resulting in it staying compacted. It like the fact you can twist the spring from the base and remove it for cleaning as I didn't want to leave meat on it. The only issue was the compression base did not stay flat as it was cooking so the meat came up over the base making it harder to get it disassembled.

Product delivered Fast! Heavy duty and seems to be of good quality material! Can't wait to use it. Problem: the delivery truck driver dropped off at the front door and left. He did not come into the place of business and stated in my email that I signed for the package. That was false!
