The vacuum is apparently controlled by an App. on your phone. I have downloaded the App., but can not register the device to get to work. I have tried for hours to get the App. to work. It is going back!

I purchased this vacuum as it had features I was interested in such as detention of stairs. I just received the vacuum, charged it overnight, and used it the following day. It did just as well as my more expensive vacuums in getting up pet hair and maneuvering around furniture. I am definitely pleased with this product!

We got this vacuum for $60 when it was under a huge sale! Such a steal. We had been eyeing the more popular robot vacuums, but couldn't pass on the deal! It works well, but often gets "lost" and can't find her way back to the dock. I wish the mapping system worked better in mapping the entire house. Unfortunately, it maps out the house on the app on each run but doesn't save that info. It is a good vacuum for the price we got it! Suction is decent and keeps us from having to vacuum as often!

Does the job, gets stuck spinning in circles a lot, but does the job once it is unstuck. Says it's able to be set for location cleaning but the settings don't show this ability in the app. Cleaning wise, it does the trick!

The vacuum is still working well. I do have to occasionally clean some sensors. Bin is easy to empty. So far, I am pleased with the vacuum.

This vacuum is a great additional machine to spare my time on something else for my apartment. I am amazed by how smart and friendly it is. It also gets the job done quietly. It seems to me I had to charge a full night to began with, and it worked flawlessly since then. It might not get some areas touch, which is expected. Other than that it picks up every small things and dust on it's way and never got stuck. The amazing part is it would always find its way back to the station for charging before it's running out of battery. The dust bin is big enough so I don't have to clean it every time when it's done.

The media could not be loaded.  I just moved to a new house. It allows me to free my hands to do more things, and you can rest assured that it is safe to clean both upstairs and downstairs, It won't fall down the stairs. However, one thing should be noted, before you use this machine, you should sort out the wires and the like on the ground, or the suction of this machine can completely get the wires involved.
