It works perfectly on a 2011 GLK 300. The original didn't have a diode, but this one does, and there are no operational issues.

I replaced it on2015 audi q7 with denso 7seu17c ac compressor perfect fit

I was seeing high low side and low high side with the failed control valve. This valve did remedy the problem. The work is performed underneath the car. Carefully remove all traces of refrigerant first, crawl underneath and pry off electrical connector then compress snap ring with angled pliers and observe valve flying out of compressor after a few good tugs. There is a lot of greasy stuff in the way, but it is an achievable task. No comment on longevity. This valve with the metal cap as pictured fits but there is a similar valve with a plastic basket around the tip. it did not fit my Denso 7seu17c
