I bought this blotter for the laptop table. The table is a white table and likes to add a soft structure on top of it. so, it will not scratch the wood.The Nekmit Leather Desk Blotter is a very good product for my need. I was little concerned that it may not fit my table. But It fits perfectly on the table and it is long enough to keep the laptop and mouse pad.It is not like the cheap one with cardboard. It is a single leather layer. It is extremely smooth in texture.The thickness is around 4-5 mm. so I didn’t feel any extra height added to the table.The cost is high compared to the low-cost products available. But the quality is worth every money I spent.

This high quality desk blotter has quality flat finished leather that looks very professional. It is shipped flat so it can be put on your desk right out of the box. I has a soft texture back on it so it doesn't move around on your desk. Great if you have a computer keyboard and a mouse; no mouse pad needed with desk blotter. You will not be disappointed with this on your desk.

Perfect solution for my new desk. It fits my workspace needs for a full size keyboard and mouse with extra room for other misc items if needed. My desk is prone to scuffs and marring from normal usage. This product totally protects the space where I work so the desk stays clean and reduces the need to constantly wipe down the immediate surface. Love the look and feel, too.

One of the blotters had damage on a corner and will be returned to be replaced.

Updated Review, 7/12/19: I would have liked to enjoy this item for years to come, but the top has begun to come off on the edge nearest where I sit after only 7 months. I have a very neat desk and take good care of things, so would say that use is normal. I've contacted the manufacturer to see if it's an unusual issue with the one I got, and hope to hear more. For now, I'm thinking I should have gone with a natural leather blotter.Original review:I was nervous about buying this without being able to handle it first, but am pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. If anything, it's nicer than leather. Does not slip even a little bit, wipes up well, and lies perfectly flat. I bought the largest size and am using it as a mouse pad as well. It's changed the way I work at my desk in a good way.

It looks nice, makes my desk look nice, it's made of nice materials and feels good but like most of these things (I've bought 6 of them from different places and makers) they are a bit soft and when you put pen to paper on top of them, there's a tendency to poke holes in the paper. Hard surfaces are simply better for writing, period.

The desk mat protects my desk, provides a better writing surface and does not move around. I have been working on it all day for a week and a half now and I have not had any issues. The mat is very comferterbel to work on and so fare seems to be durable.The only negative so far is the mat did have two small chucks missing from one corner, It was like that when I unpack aged the mat.
