After reading many reviews, I thought it was safe to purchase this item. However, the first blender that arrived was DOA and did not work at all. I had to return it. The next one arrived very quickly so I didn't have to go long without a blender. The new one works. However, the blending speed is very very high on the lowest setting. It's a little unnerving. The top on the small cup doesn't have a good seal so my food items were escaping out of the lid. I guess for the price I got what I paid for. I would not purchase this item again.After using this blender for almost two months, I have a better opinion of it. It's strong and grinds quickly and efficiently. Yes, one top isn't sealed well but overall it's a descent blender at this price point.

The media could not be loaded. This product is just a waste for me where is the cover for this grinder. I have already raised a replacement request but didn't get any response from them. Also I am not getting any customer support number to contact with them . Every time I click in customer support they are taking me to the produce where there is no option to connect with customer supported team. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

After one and a half years of continuous heavy-duty use of this product, the coil is gone (not working). I asked the local shop to repair the coil, which cost around 750 INR. I bought the Lifelong mixed for 999 INR.If anyone plans to buy this product, It will work up to 1 to 2 years based on our usage way (we rely on this mixie for continuous 1 and half year)

It's small and fits into any corner of your kitchen. It does its job really well. I've used many Lifelong products and as per my experience so far all were worth the penny spent. Now I just need to check it's after sale service, I hope it will also be up to the mark.
