I'm trying out 15+ boonie and trail hats and this is a good one. The size, at a big 7 3/4, is accurate. The top fabric is solid but not super tight weave, so it will lay down not stand up, and seems sturdy. It does not have a 2nd layer/map pocket. The coyote/brown is a good medium brown. All the stitching seems well done, and the vent holes well affixed. The chin strap is nice and solid, not a wispy shoestring like some. I especially like the brim. While totally foldable, the brim is just stiff enough, even enough you can get some memory effect when you bend it this way or that, but still a little floppy. Well done on that. I'm tiring of writing reviews, sorry this is so choppy, but in general this is a good hat, I'd recommend. Truspec and rothco both have good products, the other dozen random brands (that come in huge) I'd not recommend much in general, though I'm not finished!
